RESPONSIBILITIES

Deepening your familiarity with new legislation and tax policy including the

Pillar 2 rules and supporting your team in their learning.

Partnering with client teams to ensure our clients are kept abreast of key developments and the impact on their business.

Reviewing and disseminating material relating to key policy developments.

Preparation of concise and coherent summaries of complex legislation.
-
Leading Training sessions for our colleagues and clients in relation to policy developments.
-
Drafting responses to governmental requests for feedback on legislation.

Developing our responses to various tax policy initiatives of the OECD, EU, Department of Finance and Revenue Commissioners.

Coaching team members and driving the team to make a difference and deliver results in a responsible, authentic and passionate manner.

Operating and collaborating effectively with a mindset that transcends geographic and cultural boundaries.

Working on attracting, developing and retaining the best talents for the firm.
REQUIREMENTS
-
At least 10 years experience in international tax consulting.

Policy experience/significant exposure to Pillar 2
-
Big 4/Revenue/OECD or other relevant experience

Strong academic record with a Degree from any discipline and AITI/CTA qualification/equivalent overseas qualification.

Relationship management - ability to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality, diverse relationships.

Creative - demonstrate an ability to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
