All our candidates are met by 2 consultants and are thoroughly screened ensuring that the candidate is suitable for our clients based on skillset, experience and fit. If it has not been possible to meet a candidate we will conduct a thorough telephone interview.
We will regularly update the client throughout the recruitment process advising on progress.
We perform at least 2 candidate reference checks to ensure credibility
We assist in the offer process and salary negotiation.
We are always available to advise clients about the recruitment market, answer any queries and provide support.

CONTINGENT RECRUITMENT

We have an extensive network of high calibre candidates from which we can match suitable candidates to opportunities with our clients.

We ideally seek exclusivity on roles registered with us by clients for a period of time when availing of our contingency service. This is to ensure that we can provide the best in service and customer care.

The client will only pay a fee on successful placement of a candidate.

Our Executive Search provides a confidential and effective service, strategically researching and targeting experienced senior executives both locally and internationally. This service provides a more extensive recruitment search and is more tailored towards senior management opportunities or when a specialised skill set is required.
